The most meaningful change happens when you feel safe, seen, and understood.

GET TO KNOW ME
So happy you’re here — I’m Araceli.
I’m a licensed trauma-informed therapist specializing in anxiety, depression, complex grief, PTSD, and life transitions. My work is rooted in the belief that healing is possible when we feel safe, seen, and supported. I’m bilingual in English and Spanish, and welcome clients from all backgrounds.
I help people move beyond survival mode and reconnect with a life that feels steady, meaningful, and true to who they are. I am deeply committed to creating a compassionate, affirming space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported through life’s challenges.
My approach blends evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, EMDR, and somatic therapy with a collaborative, client-centered style. Together, we work at a pace that feels right for you, honoring your boundaries and your readiness for change.
Loom & Bloom grew from my own personal journey with complex grief and loss and my passion for helping clients move through trauma, loss, and the complexities of healing. Rooted in the symbolism of both a loom and a bloom, this practice honors the work of weaving past experiences into a stronger, more integrated self while making space for growth, healing, and becoming. I see therapy as a place to walk alongside your story, honor what has shaped you, and support the process of reweaving stories into growth, one thread at a time.
When I’m not meeting with clients, you can usually find me exploring new places around the world, cuddling with my puppy Wrigley, or spending time with friends and family.
If you’re ready to take the next step, I’m here to walk alongside you.
