Welcome to Loom & Bloom Counseling, operated under Araceli Warners LLC. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before scheduling or participating in services.
1. Nature of Services
Counseling & Psychotherapy are clinical mental health services provided exclusively online (telehealth) and only to clients located in states where the therapist is licensed.
Wellness Coaching is non-clinical and focused on personal development, growth, and wellness. It is not a substitute for therapy or medical treatment.
Supervision & Consultation services are professional in nature, designed for mental health trainees or professionals seeking guidance.
2. Eligibility
Counseling clients must be physically located in Michigan or Illinois at the time of service.
You must be 18 years or older to consent to services. For minors, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent.
Coaching, consultation, and supervision services may be provided to individuals across state and international borders, as these are non-clinical.
3. Client Responsibilities
Ensure you are in a private, safe, and distraction-free environment during sessions.
Arrive on time for scheduled appointments.
Provide accurate and honest information relevant to your care or goals.
Use secure internet access and devices to protect confidentiality.
4. Fees & Payments
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
A non-refundable retainer may be required to reserve consultation or supervision sessions.
Clients are responsible for any fees associated with failed or declined payments.
Loom & Bloom Counseling does not currently bill insurance; all services are self-pay.
5. Cancellations & No-Shows
At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be charged at the full session rate.
Exceptions may be made for emergencies at the therapist’s discretion.
6. Emergencies & Limitations
Loom & Bloom Counseling is not an emergency or crisis service.
If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.
For urgent mental health support, you may also call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
7. Confidentiality & Privacy
Counseling and supervision services follow HIPAA and professional ethics standards.
Confidentiality may be broken only under legal or ethical obligations (e.g., danger to self/others, abuse reporting, court orders).
Wellness coaching and consultation are not HIPAA-regulated but are kept private and secure to the fullest extent possible.
8. Technology & Telehealth Risks
Sessions are conducted via HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms.
You acknowledge that technical issues (internet disruptions, software errors, unauthorized access) are possible risks of online services.
You are responsible for ensuring a secure environment on your end.
9. No Guarantees
While counseling, coaching, consultation, and supervision are designed to support growth and development, outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Progress depends on many factors, including client participation, life circumstances, and external conditions.
10. Termination of Services
You may end services at any time by notifying your provider.
Your provider may terminate services if:
You do not comply with policies (e.g., repeated no-shows, non-payment).
Services are no longer clinically appropriate or within the provider’s scope of practice.
You relocate outside of the provider’s licensed jurisdiction (for counseling).
11. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Changes will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
